My philosophy is that both exercising and eating right are the keys to having a healthy happy body! With so many FAD diets out there, what should you believe about diets, weight, and exercise? You may have heard about Organic Foods, Additives, Gluten Free, The Whole 30, Paleo, Clean Eating and Chia Seeds: just a few phrases that might make you confused. I can help you understand these and learn the TRUTH.
My approach goes back to the basics. Yes that would be exercise, My Plate........maybe a few things like Chia and Clean Eating. My philosophy is SIMPLE, especially with the right tools and knowledge.
