Panini Bread (you can freeze), this can also be used for an awesome 100% whole wheat pizza dough!
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 tsp yeast
1.5 tsp dough enhancer
1.5 tsp gluten
3 Tbsp honey
3/4tsp salt
1 Cup warm water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
4-5 cups whole wheat flour
DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients (except flour) together. Then add flour slowly until desired consistency (stiff dough). Let raise for 30 minutes in a warm place then roll out onto a cookie sheet (like pizza dough)! Poke holes into! Cook for 15-18 minutes until slightly brown on the top. Cut into 6x4 inch squares. Make panini's right then or freeze for later use! Try all different kinds of panini's. Load them up with different vegetables! Use a panini maker to make lines! or just a george foreman!
