Extra Easy Hummus
Try this delicious and easy Hummus. My friend, Pam Chapman, made this for a nutrition class we taught together. I love it because it is so easy. It is adapted from all recipes.com! This is a great dish to take to family gatherings or to keep in the fridge instead of ranch. I love dipping all sort of veggies in it!
Ingredients:
1-15 oz can garbanzo bean, drained, liquid reserve
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
parsley to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredient together until smooth. Add reserved liquid as needed for desired consistency ( I added about half of it back). Serve with fresh vegetables and chia crackers!
